Hi! I’m Ilse Concannon and I’m so excited to work with you.

I got started in event planning through my day job, hosting events that ranged from study abroad fairs for college students, professional multi-day conferences, or board meetings with 100+ c-suite executives from around the globe. My wedding planning journey began in 2022 when my best friend got engaged, but didn’t want to plan a wedding. That’s where I came in, and we pulled off an incredible wedding all within six months! I later coordinated the weddings of friends, then friends-of-friends, and planned my own wedding from top to bottom. Now I’m looking forward to helping more couples enjoy their wedding day stress-free.

My bread and butter is day-of coordination, which actually begins about 2-3 months before your big day. Think of me as the extra set of hands and eyes you need to bring your vision to life so that you can sit back and enjoy the special day. If you’re looking for more support, I can step in a few months earlier to help with vendor selection, invitation planning, etc. or jump in at the beginning for full service planning from start to finish.

More about me: I live in Boston, MA with my snuggly dog, Rusty, my opinionated cat, Millie, and my wonderful husband, Julian. I love to travel and hike, I run the occasional half marathon, and I can put together a mean charcuterie board. I have a BS in Business Administration, an MA in International Education, and an MBA. I’m proudly queer and I believe that diversity makes us stronger.
